Written on 7:19 AM by FreshelStar

A giant snake head fish caught in Lincoln shire river in UK. It has sharp teeth and looks terrifying. This kind of fish is fearsome predator fish usually found in the freshwater of South East Asia and India.

It is capable to grow more than 5ft and having a large mouthful of sharp teeth. The Environment Agency doesn't have any clue where it's come from.
That it's unlikely to have survived in the water in UK for this kind of fish requires temperatures of 25 to 26 degrees to survive. This one might have been able to survive by eating other species that it's voracious and can out-compete native species.
The message from Environment Agency is that such fish should not be put into native water.
